Here at St Helens Borough Council, we are passionate about working together and ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to get involved and have their say. That's why we have co-designed a clear vision for workplace culture and worked together with employees to identify values and behaviours for everyone.

These values are at the core of how we work together to deliver our services whilst supporting a culture of continuous improvement and guiding our ways of working. This is what makes us TICK at St Helens Borough Council: Trust, Integrity, Collaborating and the drive to Keep Innovating!

Our Culture Champions!

Employee engagement is at the heart of shaping our culture. That's why St Helens Borough Council has 150 staff across the organisation who volunteer to be part of the Culture Champion community, in addition to their regular role. They support the organisation to effectively communicate, share information and ideas, and seek feedback.
